These dedicated compartments ensure your puppy remains in a comfortable, temperature-regulated environment throughout the duration of the flight.

We are committed to providing extraordinary customer service from the moment of booking until your puppy is safely in your arms. Our team provides thorough, step-by-step communication, including full flight itineraries and real-time tracking details, allowing you to stay connected to your Golden Retriever’s journey every step of the way. HOW DO WE SHIP OUR PUPPIES?

Our Vet does a complete health exam on your puppy which includes a fecal test to check if the dog is free from any worms or parasites. (We only ship our puppies on airlines that implement a Pet Safety Program).

We will book a delivery appointment (flight) as soon as we receive the reservation deposit and send you an email itinerary of all of the times, flights, schedules, tracking AWB & pick up details.

The day of your puppy’s journey, the delivery agency will pick him up from our breeding facility and prepare him for delivery before transporting him to the airport. Once all of the paperwork is filled out and your puppy is checked in at the airport, you will receive an email and phone call from the delivery agency with full flight details. During the day of the flight, we will continually update you step-by-step on the progress of the flight until your puppy arrives safely at your door step.

You can also use the tracking number which we will send to you after the flight confirmation to track the progress of your puppy’s flight from the website of the delivery agency.
Our puppies normally ship out early in the morning and they are delivered later on that same day or the next day in the morning if we put him on an early flight.

Note: When you purchase your puppy through our website the first thing that you need to do is to take the dog to a licensed vet within the first 7 days to make sure he is in good health condition else our refunds policy will not apply.

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE PUPPY?

Given the puppy is at least 8 weeks of age or older and has the right medical documents required for shipment, we normally deliver within 6-8 hours the same day or the day after.
Note: We require at least 2 hours to purchase the airline ticket. That is the only way to get good air fares, so please be patient and we will do the best we can to get your puppy to you as fast as we can.

How we deliver our Golden puppies in the summer?

In the summer time since there is a heat embargo for dogs, the only way to deliver your puppy is to fly with them in the plane and personally deliver the dog to your closest airport. One of our staff members will take your puppy on the plane in a soft crate which fits right under the seat.

MORE DETAILS

Your puppy will arrive in a brand new airline approved kennel with absorbent bedding and a food & water dish. All puppies are flown in the pet conducive part of the aircraft which is a safe temperature controlled environment.
Note: Any kenneling fees owed because of flight cancellations will be the responsibility of the individual who receives the puppy.

To keep a Golden Retriever looking its best, regular grooming of its dense, water-repellent double coat is essential. Frequent brushing and combing are the most important daily tasks to manage the extensive shedding and prevent painful mats, especially in the feathering on the legs, tail, and chest. Most owners find that a professional groomer visit every 6 to 8 weeks for a thorough bath, blow-out, and a functional trim around the feet, ears, and sanitary areas works well. It is crucial to never shave a Golden Retriever, as its double coat provides vital temperature regulation; instead, proper care involves deep cleaning to manage the undercoat while preserving the outer guard hairs.

To keep a Golden Retriever happy and healthy, substantial daily exercise is a cornerstone of their care. Originally bred as energetic gun dogs, they have high stamina and require robust physical and mental stimulation. Since they possess a powerful, natural instinct to fetch and run, Golden Retrievers thrive on consistent walks, jogging, swimming, or long retrieval games with a ball or disc. With their intelligence, trainability, and eagerness to please, they excel at a variety of complex canine sports, including advanced obedience, agility, tracking, and field work. True to the breed's purpose, they are natural superstars at dock diving and retrieving events, showcasing their strength and water-repellent double coat.

To ensure the healthy development of Golden Retriever puppies, precise nutrition is critical, specifically to manage their rapid growth and safeguard their skeletal health. As a large breed, they must be fed a high-quality large-breed puppy formula that maintains a balanced ratio of calcium and phosphorus; this prevents them from growing too quickly, which can cause serious joint issues like hip dysplasia later in life. Their diet should prioritize high-quality animal protein as the first ingredient to build lean muscle, along with essential fatty acids like DHA (found in fish oil) to support crucial brain and eye development. Feeding schedules change rapidly during the first year: puppies need 3 to 4 small, measured meals daily for the first few months, typically transitioning to 3 meals by six months, and finally to 2 meals by their first birthday to maintain stable energy and prevent bloat. Proper portion control is essential, as obesity in growing large-breed puppies can lead to long-term health complications.

Golden Retrievers are perhaps best recognized for their exceptionally friendly, tolerant, and eager-to-please nature, making them one of the world's most popular family dogs. Originally developed as highly capable gun dogs in Scotland for retrieving waterfowl (a role where they still excel), their soft mouths and remarkable intelligence translated perfectly to a wide range of human companionships. Today, they are renowned for their intelligence and versatility, excelling not only as brilliant assistance dogs for the blind and mobility-impaired but also as tireless search and rescue specialists and comforting therapy animals. This remarkable capability is matched by their physical athleticism and stamina, famously showcased in sports like obedience, agility, and dock diving, fueled by an almost tireless playfulness and love of fetch. Physically, their namesake is their beautiful, dense, water-repellent golden coat, complemented by a famously "soft" expression and a tail that seems to be in a constant, happy state of motion. Above all, Golden Retrievers are celebrated for their unwavering loyalty and affection, forming deep, devoted bonds with their human families and remaining remarkably gentle, especially with children.
